The Christmas experience at this hotel was fantastic. the staff were really friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main shopping area and other attractions.
That the TV in our room kept turning on by itself in the middle of the night, which was a bit creepy. it didn't really bother us that much.

This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location near lots of restaurants in a nice neighborhood is a big plus. Additionally, being near the subway and close to the center makes exploring the city very convenient. The staff provides excellent service and the basic amenities are just what you need. The rooms have quite comfortable beds and the option to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a nice view adds a special touch. Lastly, the breakfast caters to different tastes, even for vegetarians, with a variety of options to choose from.
All was more than satisfactory, no improvements needed.

A nice surprise in a great central location.
Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the small size of the room and the fact that I had to go to a different building for breakfast, overall, I would still recommend this hotel. The location, cleanliness, and friendly staff made for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the metro and close to the city center. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good heating system and cozy beds. The bathroom is nice, with hot water available at high pressure. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty, good quality food. the staff is friendly and helpful, and there is free luggage storage available.
There are some noise disturbances from outside that may affect light sleepers.
